1. Who we are
This site is run by Dean Smyth, trading as The Midnight Mystery. Full details are in our Legal Notice.
2. Our content
The Midnight Mystery's shows, including Bunker 8, End of the Loop, National Emergency, Midnight Radio and The Bunker Files, along with their scripts, characters, audio, artwork, logos and this site's text and design, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You're welcome to listen, share links and talk about the shows. You may not:
- Download, re-upload, rebroadcast or sell our audio or artwork
- Use our characters, titles or logos in your own commercial work
- Use our content to train AI models or to create AI voice clones of our cast
Fan art and fan fiction for non-commercial purposes are welcome, as long as they're clearly unofficial.
3. Content warnings
Our shows are horror and contain mature themes, including violence, death and disturbing content. They're intended for adult listeners.
4. AI voices
Some productions use AI-generated voices alongside human voice actors. Where this is the case, we say so in the episode credits or description.
5. Using the site
Don't use the site to break the law, send spam or malicious code, try to access parts of it you're not meant to, or harass anyone.
6. Story submissions
Sending a story to Midnight Radio is covered by our separate Story Submission Terms.
7. Third-party links
We link to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Acast, Patreon, Instagram and other services. Their own terms apply, and we're not responsible for their content or availability. Patreon memberships are handled entirely by Patreon.
8. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it, or for it being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes fall under the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless consumer law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.
